LIGHTNING AND INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
For our Valued Customers:

Pro-rated lightning checks will be given only under a lightning delay in which both courses are closed for a period of one hour or more.  Lightning is a safety hazard which will prevent you from finishing your round.  There will not be any pro-rated rain checks given under normal weather conditions such as rain, snow, or temperature.  If hail closes the course, a rain check will be issued accordingly.  Lightning checks must be used within 30 days of issuance only for Green Fees & Golf Carts & Club Rentals. Lightning checks must be used for the full amount when redeemed.

Pro-rated refunds will be based on the "Total Cost to Play" which only includes:

Green Fees
Golf Carts
Rentals

Lightning Policy refunds will be based on the number of holes that have been played.
This policy includes Show Your Pride & Twilight Golf Specials.
A lightning check will not be issued if the weather siren is sounded after 6:15 p.m.

Eligibility Policy

In order to play at the Eisenhower Golf Club, customers MUST have a Government I.D. Card.  (Active Duty Military, Retired Military, Reserves, DoD Civilians and USAFA Contractors)  The I.D. Card must be shown to the staff in the Pro Shop upon paying for your green fees.

If a customer does not have an I.D. Card, then they must be accompanied by a customer that carries one. There are no exceptions to this policy!

PACE OF PLAY POLICY

Eisenhower Golf Club is a "Play Ready Golf" Golf Course because we believe most golfers prefer to complete a round of golf in a reasonable amount of time.  The Ready Golf Program is designed to improve pace of play and make golf more enjoyable for you and those behind you on the course.  When players apply the ready golf tips found below, it is possible to complete a round of golf in a "Par Time" of approximately four hours.  "Par Time" for the Silver Course is 3 hours and 54 minutes while "Par Time" for the Blue Course is 4 hours and 8 minutes.

It is the responsibility of each group of players to play the course according to par times set for each hole.  Our Play Coordinators are usually available to assist you in keeping up with par time and insuring that everyone's round of golf is more enjoyable.

ON THE TEE

-  The Player who is ready should hit first.
-  Shorter hitters should hit first.
-  Limit practice swings.
-  Carry an extra ball in your pocket.
-  Tee off as soon as the group ahead of you is clear or
when the starter says to do so.

ON THE FAIRWAY

-  Hit when ready and safe.
-  Take appropriate clubs to your ball and hit without delay.
-  Limit practice swings.
-  Have your group watch where each shot goes.
-  Limit search for lost balls to three minutes; add a stroke to your
   score for a lost ball.
-  Pick up and place ball on the green upon reaching double par.
-  When driving a cart, drop your partner at his/her ball, then
   continue on to yours.

ON THE GREEN

-  Place your clubs between the green and the next tee.
-  Putt in "ready order". Not by "distance from the hole order."
-  Study your putt while others are putting.
-  Continue putting until holed out.
-  Leave the green immediately after holing out and proceed to the
   next tee.
-  Complete your scorecard when off the green or on the next tee.
