Located northeast of Falcon Stadium across Stadium Blvd in a highly-treed, rustic location. Reservations can be made 90 days in advance for active duty, 60 days for Retirees, DoD Civilians, and all other eligible users. Location is Satellite-challenged due to heavily-treed sites (no guarantee of reception).

Cadets/Preps Active duty military, retired military, reserves and categories covered in the USAF Instruction 34-103. Contractors are not eligible users. Inquire for policy on sponsored guests; current security precautions may prevail. Ordinarily, family and guests may be sponsored by eligible users.
AOG Members/ID Card Holders are authorized to make reservations a year in advance for Alumni events. Must be an AOG Member with an ID card or have proof of AOG sponsorship

Note: The Famcamp staff assigns sites by size of RV to maximize the campground. Guest are not allowed to choose sites.

Reservation calls accepted starting Feb 2nd for Active Duty, up to-90 days prior (subject to arrival date) and Mar 2nd for DoD ID Card holders-60 days prior (subject to arrival date) Call the campground phone and leave a message and someone will call you back in a timely manner. Please note that the office is closed and the messages are retrieved weekly during the off season. Reservations are made in the order they are taken from the answering machine. The campground office re-opens May 1st through Oct 8th. The hours are Sun thru Thurs. 9 am to 6 pm and Friday – Saturday 9 am to 8 pm. Eligible patrons can call Peregrine Pines FamCamp at:
Cadets/Preps are authorized to make reservations for Graduation and Parents Weekend a year in advance for visiting family. LIMIT ONE GUEST PER FAMILY FOR ALL ELIGIBLE USERS. (EXCEPTION ONLY FOR CADETS/PREPS FOR GRADUATION AND PARENTS WEEKEND) Sponsors are responsible for getting their guest(s) on base, obtaining passes and signing usage agreements.
Fees and Charges
Campers are charged per night per site based on the size of the camper and eligibility. There is no discount for weekly or monthly stays during Peak Season. Check-in time is 12 noon with check-out by 11 am Reservations will be held until 9 am the next day; after that time the reservation is considered cancelled. Failure to show up or cancel a reservation may result in a one-night cancellation fee. Monthly rates apply only during Low Season based on calendar month. If low season arrival or departure falls outside of the calendar month daily fees will apply, see helpful links/campground rates.

Site Policies and Procedures
Reservations will be for a period up to 30 days from May 1 to Oct. 8. Maximum stay at FamCamp, per family, during the High Season is a total of 30 days.
During Low Season, Oct. 9 - Apr. 30, there is unlimited stay with reduced rates for eligible ID card holders, not to exceed 180 CALENDAR days per year per AFI 34-110. Guests are limited to 14 days per calendar year. High Season rates begin April 1.
No Skirting allowed on RV's and no oversized propane tanks allowed at sites, per AFI 34-110

- No more than 4 pets per site.
- Pets must never be left outside without owner present, MUST BE OUTSIDE WITH YOUR PET. Visual accompaniment from RV is not permitted.
- Pickup after pets IMMEDIATELY ON USAFA, no exceptions, doggie bags provided throughout campground as a courtesy.
- Must be on a leash at all times on USAFA or in a pen/leashed and accompanied at all times when in the campground, NO EXCEPTIIONS
- Pets are not allowed in restrooms or office.
- Barking must be kept to minimum.

Firearms are not permitted on the Air Force Academy grounds. All firearms must be declared at the time of entry into USAFA. Firearms will be taken to a secured location until the time that the owner departs the Air Force Academy.
