 CAMPER RENTALS
CAMPERS ARE AVAILABLE TO RENT NOW–SEP 30.

Our travel trailers are an economical and convenient way to make any summer vacation a memorable one. From Peregrine Pines FamCamp on USAFA to Yellowstone, WY and beyond, your destinations are limitless!
Rates start at:
» $65/night for 12’ Rockwood and 15’ Aliner
» $75/night for Tepui Tent Trailer (3-person
rooftop tent mounted to utility trailer)
» $80/night for 15’ Rockwood
» $95/night for 20’ Escape
» $100/night for 25’ Escape
Staycations available $200 Friday–Sunday includes campsite at Peregrine Pines and 23’ Camper. May 14–Oct 17.

RENTAL RESERVATION POLICY
MOST EQUIPMENT OTHER THAN SKIS
Active duty can reserve high-demand equipment a maximum of 90 days from date of pick up. All other eligible customers can reserve 60 days from date of pick up. All reservable items require a full payment upon reservation. Any reservation canceled will be charged 10% cancellation fee. Any reservation canceled within 72 hours will lose their full deposit, unless it is a documented military commitment or medical emergency.
PICNIC AREAS
On-base Picnic areas are available for rent from May 1–Sept 30. USAFA organizations only at this time. Rates are $50 for 4-hour rental. Please contact the ORC for availability, 719-333-4753.
FARISH
CLOSED FOR THE WINTER. OPEN SAT, MAY 1.
Farish is open the first two weekends in May and daily beginning May 14. Daily use goes through Oct 18. From Oct 21–Nov 1, Farish is open Thu– Sun only.
Reservations Policy: 90 days in advance only for active duty personnel and 60 days in advance for all other eligible users. Customers are authorized to make reservations a year in advance for large events that require at least 50% of the lodging. These groups will ONLY be scheduled Sundays– Thursdays, no weekends. CADET OUTDOOR RECREATION
IN VANDENBERG HALL
Closed for the summer, re-opens mid-October.
FAMCAMP OFFICE
PEAK SEASON IS APRIL 1–OCT 31
Reminder: IAW AFI 34-101, FamCamp guests may stay a total of 180 days per calendar year. The FamCamp office will re-open on April 1.
Hours: Sun-Thu, 9 am–6 pm; Fri–Sat 9 am–8 pm FamCamp reservations, for the summer
season, April 1–Oct 31, can be made 90 days in
advance by active duty personnel and 60 days in advance by retirees, DoD civilians, and all other eligible users. Cadets/Prep school students
are authorized to make reservations a year in advance for visiting family for Graduation and Parents Weekend.
AOG Members/ID card holders are authorized to make reservations a year in advance for alumni events. Must be an AOG member with ID card. Contractors are NOT eligible to stay at FamCamp. Call 719-333-4980 to make reservations.
Summer rates:
RV sites for DOD ID cardholders:
» $30/night for Rigs 27’ and smaller
» $35/night for Rigs larger than 27’
Tent sites:
Maximum stay in tent sites is 14 nights/year, no car camping allowed.

Staycations

   OAP CANCELLATION POLICY
•Full payment for all trips is due at time of registration.
•Cancellations within 72 hours of the activity date will NOT be refunded or rescheduled unless otherwise stated.
•Cancellations 30 days or more before a multi-day activity start date are refundable in full unless otherwise stated. Cancellations within 30 days of a multi-day activity will not be refunded unless someone takes your place on the activity. Any refunds issued in this case will result in a service fee of 10% of the total price for the activity.
•No Shows are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.
•All trips are subject to cancellation due to unsafe weather or conditions outside of our control. In this event, the trip will be rescheduledoryoumayoptforarefundminusirretrievabledeposits. In the case of cancellation due to insufficient participation, a full refund will be issued.
•Refunds may be given at any time when a medical emergency or militaryTDY/PCSordersprohibitparticipation.Asigneddoctor’s note or signed orders must be presented in order to receive a refund in these cases. If a refund is given for a multi-day trip in this instance, OAP will retain a service fee of 10% of the total price for the activity.
