Effective June 1, 2020, all Child Development Center (CDC) and School Age Care programs will re-open for non-mission essential childcare.

We ask parents, only those currently enrolled in 10 FSS Child and Youth Services, to please call the CDC 719-333-6779 or the Youth Center 719-333-4169 to request childcare before May 27, 2020.


  1. This change does not impact current mission essential childcare.
  2. All adults entering any CYP facilities are still required to wear a face covering for drop off and pick up.

Before/After School Care Programs

Registration is ongoing for the School-Age Before and After School Program. Register at Youth must be five years old and enrolled in kindergarten. Hours of operation are from 6:30 am to 6 pm. Child care fees are based on total family income and mandated by DoD.

Teen Program

Did you know Falcon Trail Youth Center has a Teen Program from Mon-Fri, 3-6 pm? Membership is $30 a year. Teens can relax in their own teen room playing the newest games, watching the newest movies, hang out with friends or participate in Keystone Teen Leadership Club. Daily transportation is provided from Air Academy High School to the Youth Center.

Sports Registration

Basketball and Cheerleading seasons are currently in progress. The seasons will run from January until March.

Open Recreation Program

An Open Recreation Program is provided for youth 9-12 years old Monday through Friday (school days 4-6 pm and 1:30-6 pm when District 20 schools are not in session). Youth are able to participate in planned activities in the arts, leadership and service, health and wellness, sports and recreation, and education. They also have the opportunity to enjoy recreational games and socializing with friends.
